DJ DRES has been moving dance floors since 2003. His passion for music began at age 11 with a tape recorder, a radio, and a habit of writing down the lyrics to every song he heard. As his music collection grew, he began creating and selling mix CDs before connecting with DJs around the world and developing his own sound.

After countless hours of practice, DRES earned his first club residency at The Palace and quickly became part of Boston’s nightlife scene. Over his 20+ year career, he has performed at many of the city’s major nightclubs and appeared on radio stations including JAM’N 94.5, Power 102.9, and La Mega 890.

In 2011, DRES brought his open-format mixing and crowd-reading experience to weddings. He saw an opportunity to offer couples the energy of a nightclub DJ with the professionalism, organization, and polished MC presence a wedding demands.

Today, DJ DRES provides DJ, MC, and coordination services for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and nightlife throughout Boston and New England. From a packed dance floor to a smooth event timeline, he brings experience, versatility, and personal attention to every celebration.
